We grab the captcha image from the website and save to a file which then opens in the captcha box, if you are not seeing the image it may be because the file was unsuccessfully saved to your drive.
This normally occurs when the folder of Profile Maker is protected (ex.Program Files), or you are not the administrator. A simple way to solve this problem is right-click on the Profile Maker and "Run as Administrator", or install in a non protected folder.
