I've not tried it yet but looking forward to it as my results with the current sick template are pretty crap.

Plus, it's got "Beefy" in the description. How could that be anything but great?!

i get the first two sets, but what makes the last set different that we keep the index.php on vs cutting it off after 'forums' like the above set?

basic rule of thumb, if index.php is in the url, leave that and cut off everything after it, and if no index.php is in theurl, just cut off everything after forums?

i stripped the reg links to the root forum url as best as i understood using notepad++ but i am still getting the majority of them outputting 'cant find registration page'

i am pleased that i am getting a small percentage, maybe 10 or 20% valid reg signups and postings. out of thousands of high pr ee sites, i am compiling a nice chunk of a few hundred i can rip thru and blast target sites with real quick with sick so im real pleased with that

any idea on the above issue though as id like to get more of course

Hi mate,

regards post previous, dont worry about whatever is BEFORE, th eonly bit we are concerned with when cleaning url list is
/member/anything

we do not care what is before, only what is after as that is getting removed.

Sometimes forums are setup like domain.com/forum/index.php/

Its just the way their htaccess or whatever deals with on the fly URL formatting dont worry about it.

As for lots of Registration Page Not Found, there is only one way around it, but as my script is trimmed down it is not too hard,

isnt the actual signup page, for whatever reason (probably to reduce spam) I have moved or changed the URL, but the rest of my site is the same (profile/memberlist/login/etc)

All you can do is open up the URL in your browser, try and find the Registration page and then add that into your .sic file in the relevant place.

As this script calls pages directly and does no browsing, this means if it doesnt find the page you can find the page yourself, and add it manually into the script at the correct part and then you can use it over and over like a normal site.

Thanks and will it work to just use scrapebox to strip the url to the root domain so we dont have to do it manually in notepad?

No because SB will remove any /local/ or /forum/ bits.

If you have a list of register pages, then use notepad++ to remove the member/register off the end. A few might need to altered by hand though.
