I was backlinking and got a bunch of viruses. I had to switch my virus scan program from Microsoft Security Essentials to AVG. I have now reinstalled Windows XP. I have SP3. When I try to run Sick Submitter I get the following error.

The application failed to initialize properly. (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Make sure you have also installed .NET Framework 4.0 Client
