Sick Submitter Trian not working on Windows 7 64 Home Basic

I tried searching the forum and Google but no luck

I registered for SICK trial a few days back and I have the following configuration:

Core i3 2350M
2GB Ram
Nvidia 630M
500GB HDD
Windows 7 Home Basic 64 Bit

Everytime i try to run Sick it does not start. I tried checking the Task Manager and there is no process there.

I have .Net installed including C++ and Java Redistributable packages.

Any idea what could be wrong ? I have thoroughly checked my Laptop for Viruses etc and its clean.

If nothing opens at all (startup tests or anything) your AV may be shutting things down, check to see if sickrun.exe or submitter.exe is being flagged.

I already tried that, I have disabled my antivirus and i installed the anti virus after sick was not working on my laptop.

I have Kaspersky PURE antivirus and I have checked application control setting and sick is not flagged in it.

normally when it don't start is because .net framework 4.0 Client is not installed

Make sure you don't install in the folder Program Files

Its installed in AppData/Roaming Folder.

I will try installing the .net framework again
