Which packets or scripts are essential for your success?

So far I have 1buckplr's "Statusnet poster" and Mission's "PliggRobot V2".

I didn't use sick submitter much, but really like to fully use it for backlinks purpose.

I have limitied budget, but don't mind to spend on essential tools (scripts or packets or templates) to gain good traffic and backlinks. I looked around the forum and found there are lots of packets/templates. But not sure which one I really should get to rank my money sites well and gain good traffic.

If you have good experiences with sick submitter with all other packets, would you please share your thought?

don´t rely on someone elses methods. They may work for them perfectly while being totally useless for you. It all depends on too many factors like type of the business you are running, your niches, your country and language, your domain name, the age of the domain, existing backlink profile, backlink history, your current user metrics and it´s history... just to name few...

Best if you just start to experiment yourself, blast some link here and there and evalueate results in some 6-9 weeks from now. You will find what works for your sites.

As for the packets you already bought. Statusnet is OK if you really change your status and want to share the change. Bookmarking mostly works for weblog-like sites that are often updated with socially very interesting content. Means if you have celeb or gadget related blog then bookmarking your posts everyday is an acceptable strategy and you´ll see positive effect. If you have an online furniture store with quite static content then bookmarking is quite useless unless you bookmark something newsworthy. It´s very similar with press releases.
