Says has PR 2 but when check zero PR

I am getting false positives - ie says has PR but actually does not? What am I doing wrong?

Just checked the first 3 with SEO Quake and they all show the correct PR (3).
Maybe you rechecked on a bad datacenter.
Looks all good I'd say.

I just checked too you are 100% right if my internet connection poor my toolbar gives 0. Really like Sick Scraper very easy to use.
