how to i resolve my problem.
i try reinstall but same problem again

• Open IE and make sure you can navigate to SickMarketing.com
• Make sure you do not have a Firewall or Anti-virus blocking Submitter's access to the internet

It will most likely be a firewall problem as this happened to me..

You need to enable sick via custom rules in your AV/Firewall software
