i try reinstall but same problem again

Did you reinstall from the latest version? If so, send a PM to sickmarketing or an email to support@ and they'll help you.
That means that the Submitter is unable to communicate with SickMarketing.com.
- Open IE and make sure you can navigate to SickMarketing.com
- Make sure you do not have a Firewall or Anti-virus blocking Submitter's access to the internet
It will most likely be a firewall problem as this happened to me..
You need to enable sick via custom rules in your AV/Firewall software
Dang sick, beat me again, Im always 60 seconds behind haha
