How many keywords per submission?

I would like to know how many keywords should I use when I do my monthly sick packet submissions? Should I use just my main keyword phrase or should I mix them up? I know there are others here that have had wonderful success with Sick and I would like to know what do you recommend for best results?

there are many discussions on this topic on the forum and there are as many opinions as there are people. Personally, I have 3-4 keywords per profile set to spin and I use a single profile to submit to every packet I have. Each keyword set has a new profile.

Thanks for your help! Also, I know that I get 30 sites each month...and I know that I will need far more to even compete against my competition on the first page of the big "G". I would like to know if it's difficult to use the packets created by others or are they plug and play? I am not a coder at all. Additionally, i use scrapebox but will rely on the templates provided. Having said that...is ther any particular platform that I should be scraping in order to match the templates that are already available in Sick?

Yes most of the templates will be plug and play - both the free and bought packets.

Go for the ones that are supported by existing templates (Expression Engine, SMF etc). If you scrape for user profiles then you know that they are publicly viewable, this could save you time later.
